Rev. Terrence Jones has served as pastor of Grace Baptist Church since August 2003. A native of Barbados, he felt his call into the ministry on April 5, 1992 as a member of the Grace Bible Church, Paddock Road, Barbados. In August of that same year, he enrolled as a student at the Bluewater Bible College in St. Thomas, USVI. Upon graduating in 1996, he pursued graduate studies at Baptist Bible Seminary and Baptist Bible Graduate School in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania which he completed in 2000 before returning to Barbados.

On July 21, 2001 Rev. Jones married the former Miss Sharon King. After going on ministry deputation for six months, Rev. and Mrs. Jones returned to St. Thomas in April 2002 to join the faculty at Bluewater Bible College. After serving for one year as the Academic Dean, Rev. Jones resigned his position to accept the call to pastoral ministry at Grace Baptist Church.

In addition to his duties at Grace, Pastor Jones served as director of Caribbean Baptist Partners Incorporated. CBPI is an organization dedicated to fulfilling the Great Commission through the establishment and development of church-based ministries in the Caribbean region.
